Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled only if the product has not been dispatched. To cancel your order, please email us at wonderplaytoys01@gmail.com. For canceled orders, store credit will be provided, which can be used for future purchases.

Transit Damage: While the chances of transit damage are rare, if you receive a damaged order, please follow these instructions:

Record an opening video of the parcel, clearly showing the damaged item.
Email us at wonderplaytoys01@gmail.com with the opening video attached. We will promptly assist you. Without an opening video, we won’t be able to assist in resolving the issue.

Exchange:

Exchanges are allowed for the same product only.
Customers will receive a credit note if the desired product is out of stock.
Each order is eligible for one exchange.
Customized products made as per customer instructions cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges are not accepted based on customer preferences for product color or style. Please review product details before placing your order.
Sale items, discounted products, and purchases made with coupons or gift vouchers are non-exchangeable.
Products eligible for exchange must be unused, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging.
If you have a size issue with the delivered product, please email us at wonderplaytoys01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Check the product size before placing your order, as sizes are mentioned in the product descriptions.
Provide an actual video of the product during repackaging, showing all items. Minimal shipping costs may apply, depending on the parcel size, for exchanges.
In some cases, for specific pin codes where courier providers do not offer reverse product pickup services, customers are requested to send the product back themselves.
If the product is not returned within 5-7 business days from the date of the return/exchange request, the request will be canceled.

Return/Refund:

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 4-6 working days in the same payment mode, depending on the bank’s processing time.

Process of Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please email us at wonderplaytoys01@gmail.com with the subject line “Exchange with Order ID number.” We will respond to your email within 24 working hours to assist you further.
